have researched and visited wineries in various regions of Spain,
concentrating on small, high quality and very often family owned
wineries. During this time we have established extremely close
relationships with all our chosen wineries and know that they
are not only passionate about producing exquisite wines but are
also acknowledged innovators within the industry. It is this,
which sets them apart from other wineries in their area. |

is a common natural love of the land they farm, with great passion
and pride taken with the nurturing of their vines, emphasis on manual
pruning and careful harvesting of the grapes to produce wines and
cavas of the highest quality. |
